Standard Return Policy
Unless otherwise noted, products sold by CableSimple.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned in their original packaging a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns except those of defective product are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and additional charges for handling or freight are refunded only in cases of defective products. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
RMA Process
Please email your full name, your sales order number, the product model number you are intending to return, and a description of why you are returning it to returns@cablesimple.com. We will provide you with your RMA# and further instructions in a response email.
