This is CableSimple.com so I'm sorry if you were expecting overly complicated legal speak. Instead I make these simple promises to you:
- We do not store your credit card information on our servers, in fact we never even see your whole credit card number. It stays with the credit card processor where it belongs.
- We will never share your personal information with anyone.
- Besides your order information, we will not send you newsletters or any other emails unless you opt in when creating your account or in the account management section. Also you will notice don't "pre-check" the newsletter button when creating an account, that is your decision.
- Your passwords are one-way encrypted. That means we can never view your plain text password. Because of that, we cannot honor requests to email your password if you have forgotten it. You can use the forgotten password tool.
- Cookies are used on our site solely to maintain your "session" (allows our software to remember things like if your logged in or not, and what products are in your shopping cart). You may disable cookies and continue to use our site with the same functionality.
- You can trust that if it's in your best interest it is the way CableSimple.com is handling your important information.
